Another Busy Day in Student Shepherding

Well, today has definitely been 'one of those days'. As a full-time faculty member, I am subject to the vagaries of the performance appraisal system. Thus, today was "classroom observation" day. My Dean informed me that she'd be leaving early due to another scheduled event, but I wasn't expecting her to walk in late as well! (Should I have asked her for a hall pass? No wait, that's so high school...) No doubt, I wowed her with the power of compounded interest in the Applied Business Math class she visited. I used both chalkboards and walked around the room... Do I get an "A"?
